Before you begin.
The Project Delivery Health Check (PDHC) is a fast read. You will answer eight questions each related to a part of project delivery. There is also an optional question at the end allowing you to express yourself further if you wish. It takes three to four minutes to answer the questions required to get your results.
Every answer sits on a five-level scale, from Reactive to Optimised, scored 0 to 4.
0 Reactive
1 Developing
2 Defined
3 Controlled
4 Optimised
I'd like to understand this better. (Not scored)
Reactive is delivery running on instinct. Optimised is predictable delivery on every project. The levels between mark the climb from one to the other.
How to choose your answer. Read each question's options from the top down. Keep going while each one fits how your projects run. When an option describes more than what you actually do, that is your friction point. Choose the option above it, the last one that still feels true.
What if you are unable to truthfully choose an answer? Select 'I'd like to understand this better' to reach the information you need to do so.
What happens next. Your results appear straight away. You will see your score and explainers across the five Razor SHARP pillars. The five-level scale will reveal the climb from where you are to where you want to be.
